Objectives and Skills
The Masters aims to achieve a high level of specialisation in taxation, and therefore its curriculum includes specific subjects, both in theory and practice and training in certain non-fiscal fields of knowledge thus enabling the development of personal and professional skills through the participation of a group of lecturers that will ensure the appropriate balance between theory and practice, and more specifically the achievement of the following objectives:
- Information, assistance and representation of taxpayers in their dealings with the tax authorities, especially in regards to asserting their rights against the Tax Administration in different management, inspection or collection procedures.
- Provide the student with a thorough training that comprises both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the various taxes that make up Spanish tax system.
- Offer a firm mastery of the principal taxes that affect the individuals and entities, including direct and indirect taxation.
